STEEL FRAME CUSTOMISED FOR YOU AND YOUR PROJECT

One by one, our steel frames are lightness personified. This makes them extremely easy to install. Delivering a considerable time saving for you. Depending on the choice of the type of product, you can increase the speed a little more.

  • Fabricated
    With the Fabricated product, the contractor or construction company retains maximum freedom on the construction site. We assemble the steel profiles into 2D plates in the very best conditions in the beSteel workshop. Once on site, the conversion to a steel framework is achieved very quickly and easily.
  • FastWall
    In addition to significant time savings, FastWall also provides a great quality guarantee. In addition to pre-assembled frames, we provide the necessary structural plating.
  • BuildUp
    For maximum time savings, BuildUp is highly recommended. Not only the structure and cladding are already in place. We also provide the insulation, cladding and interior finishing off-site in our workshop. We not only produce your steel frame, but also ensure your future construction fulfils the technical and stability requirements. The 3D designs and construction calculations made by our internal team of designers and engineers – completely according to the applicable Eurocodes – form the impeccable basis of your project.

FULL START-UP PACKAGE

Choose steel frame construction from beSteel, and you will receive optimal guidance. When delivering the steel frames on the construction site, the contractor is given an on-site a-to-z manual.

OUR PROFILES

At beSteel, we work with cold-rolled C-profiles made of high-quality Magnelis® steel. They form the powerful load-bearing structure and are suitable for any type of construction project. Our profiles are available in different sizes: from 75 to 250 mm wide and from 1 to 2 mm thick.

    For fast, simple and precise assembly

    The wall frames are composed of profiles with dimensions C75, C89 or C150. The floor and roof panels are composed of profiles with dimensions C150, C200 or C250, or trusses made of C89.

    Included in all wall panels as standard.

    For connections with bolts

  • WEB NOTCH

    The profiles fit through it horizontally

    For easy attachment of the profiles

    Adaptation of the C-profiles to U-profiles for assembly.

  • SWAGE ENDS

    For accurate fixing of the profiles

    Narrowed end for easy and accurate assembly.

  • UTILITY SERVICE HOLE

    Openings for ventilation and plumbing drainage are punched at the factory.
