Technical highlights

This three-storey residential project contained a unique structural challenge, with multiple volumes, four roofs at varying slopes and orientations, and concrete slabs starting at different levels. The architectural design also featured large open spaces enclosed with glass façades between volumes, requiring both structural strength and precision. Spanning up to 6.5 meters, the roof structure had to remain lightweight yet rigid – a requirement that was efficiently met by beSteel’s light steel frame solution. The system was fully prefabricated, allowing accurate execution of this geometrically complex design and ensuring fast, efficient on-site assembly with minimal margin for error.
