Technical Highlights
This project features a big cantilever design, showcasing the exceptional structural performance of steel. The use of Hot Rolled Steel (HRS), designed and detailed by the beSteel team, was essential to realize this architectural ambition. Despite the challenges of integrating such an innovative form, the project was built in just two weeks.
As it was the contractor’s first steel frame project, beSteel provided comprehensive training, detailed documentation, and on-site guidance to ensure smooth assembly. The result is a stunning, durable home that highlights the synergy of modern design and engineering expertise.
